We are in the final stages, the last push in a seemingly endless struggle to finish the renovation on our house in Philadelphia. The photo is evidence of where we started. We're down to 10 days until we get in our Hyundai Accent hatchback with our 110 lb dog, Dax, to make the drive across the country to settle in our new place in Silver Lake in Los Angeles.
